Client Service Representative - Transportation Cost Analyst - PrideStaff

PrideStaff Atlanta South is assisting a client in Forest Park, GA that's looking for a Client Service Representative to join their team.

The pay rate is $17 per hour. 

Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have the ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exceed Customer’s expectations whenever and wherever possible.
• Answer phones, take pick up’s, verify returns, and enter all orders in system.
• Ensure that the most complete and up to date information (notes and/or status) is available in the computer system.
• Confirm with agents all charges are complete and final. 
• Secure proof of deliveries and enter them in the computer.
• Log service failures.
• Research and attempt to locate any lost freight.
• Timely communication with clients and sales team regarding tracing, issue resolution, new business, proof of deliveries, and other general inquiries.
• Maintains exemplary professionalism and tact when dealing with internal and external clients.
• Practice Companies Core Values, rules and policies.
• Work with Executives, Managers, Salespersons, Coworkers, and Clients to resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner.
• Continually look to implement better processes.
• Any other functions necessary to meeting companies’ goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Logistics/Supply Chain
• Ability to work and communicate well with people.
• Ability to multi-task in a time sensitive environment.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems and data entry.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

• High School Diploma.
• 1 year experience in domestic operations or customer service or similar experience preferred but not required.
