Client Service Representative – Fundraising & Donor Relations - OED Solutions

We are excited to partner with charitable organizations to amplify their impact and drive positive change. As part of our expansion, we are currently seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, helping process donations, manage our donor database, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external fundraising inquiries.
• Provide outstanding customer care, ensuring donors are acknowledged and appreciated promptly.
• Collaborate with management and communications teams to prepare engaging donor communications.
• Support fundraising and promotional events, including event planning, logistics, and day-of coordination.
• Maintain the donor database and provide internal training to ensure accurate data entry.
• Assist with data input, amendments, and report generation to meet fundraising priorities and deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date on fundraising initiatives and trends in the nonprofit industry.
• Take ownership of your role by contributing innovative ideas to enhance fundraising efforts.

Qualifications:

• Passion for fundraising and supporting meaningful causes (prior experience is a plus but not required).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
