About the Job
We’re looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our Non-Qualified Operations team. In this role, you’ll work within your Client Focused Team as well as with internal and external customers to deliver excellent client service.
- Support, coordinate and prioritize daily work to meet service expectations.
- Communicate exceptions to service standards and opportunities for improvement while delivering accurate and timely retirement plan administrative services.
- Accurately, consistently and efficiently execute daily record keeping and asset transactions. Follow documented procedures and ensure documentation of your work is thorough and meets audit requirements.
- Communicate effectively within the Client Focused Team and with internal and external partners regarding complex record keeping needs, special timing requests, client projects, and plan/participant data. Ensure all client needs are met by monitoring CFT data, shared inbox and reporting.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our record keeping systems, nonqualified tools, and technology enhancements/changes.
- Partner with team to ensure updated documentation and perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.

Who You Are:- Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 4+ years work related experience.
- Required skills include exceptional written and verbal communication, basic math, reading comprehension, time management, critical thinking, and problem solving.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and Company products and services.
- Must have ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment to meet client needs and achieve overall department goals.
- Must possess an in-depth understanding of PC applications (Microsoft Office – Word and Excel primarily).

- Prior record keeping or retirement industry experience.
Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
