Client Services Assistant
GISI Marketing Group is seeking candidates for a Client Services Assistant. The position available is part-time and located onsite at our SW Portland campus. Training is provided, and there are numerous opportunities for advancement.
GISI provides clients a variety of marketing solutions, including creative and branding initiatives, commercial/digital printing, direct mail, signs and displays, and installation services.
The Client Services Assistant supports our Account Executive team with a variety of responsibilities, including:
· Work order clean up and filing
· Invoicing completed projects
· Assist clients picking up Will Call projects
· Answering phones and responding to email correspondence
· Light cleaning and organizing of the Client Service areas
· Occasional research and unarchiving of previously completed work orders
Qualifications for the position include:
· High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
· Knowledge of clerical procedures and ability to organize files and records
· Excellent client service skills, providing courteous and prompt assistance
· Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
