About the Job
The Client Services Associate is a permanent opportunity with a fully onsite schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Interact daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients while maintaining a professional image.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Create and maintain records, files, reports, and databases utilizing the Client Relationship Management platform.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Generate weekly reports; prepare cards and other mailings for signing and distribution.
- Complete cross-training and assist with other operational functions as required.
- Associates degree or 3+ years of administrative experience in lieu of degree required.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Tech savvy individual with solid mastery of MS Office Suite for general communications, reporting, video conferencing and presentations.
- Manage priorities and scheduling, plus anticipate upcoming needs before they arise.
- A humble, servant-minded individual that thrives in a team environment.
