As the Client Service Specialist you will provide exceptional customer service, address non-advisory client questions and concerns, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Your Responsibilities
Act as the pivotal point of contact for clients, ensuring that client relationships are not only maintained but flourish
Assist client and advisory team with all non-advisory questions and paperwork such as processing all forms and applications, including account opening, money movement, account updates (address/beneficiary changes) necessary to process clients business transactions
Maintain CRM software and contact management database to keep current for sorting, reporting, scheduling, and other purposes
Handle all non-advisory tasks for the advisory team
Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless client experiences
Manage all client meeting administration including coordinating and scheduling the meeting, preparing necessary documents, taking meeting notes and documenting such in client’s CRM contact record
Responsible for managing birthday cards/gifts for clients – including ordering and sending cards as well as special occasion gifts
Record and manage office supply inventory, ensuring all items are appropriately stocked
Answer incoming calls, handling, or routing as appropriate
Greet visitors, offering water, coffee, or tea to clients with scheduled meetings
Check and handle incoming mail, FedEx, and UPS deliveries
Send outgoing mail or FedEx shipments
Make bank deposits
Qualifications We Require
Possess a basic understanding of financial and investment operations, processes, and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
Proficiency in relevant financial planning software applications (e.g., CRM systems, help desk software)
Previous experience in the financial services, banking or a related industry (required)
