We are currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator for one of our top-performing Industrial Services teams. This role is critical in supporting new and existing clients while working directly with brokers on business development and client management activities. What we offer Impressive Benefits Package – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Short/Long Term Disability, Pre-Tax Flexible Spending FSA and DFSA, Employee Assistance Program, Wellness Program, Market Place Perks at Work Generous Company Paid Holidays, Paid Time-Off Volunteerism and Community Engagement opportunities with paid time to participate in volunteer activities Career-related Education Reimbursement Program, Professional Development Enrichment What your day looks like Actively participate in in-person client meetings and phone calls with the brokerage team to maintain and grow client relationships Create and manage surveys Facilitate property tours, showcasing available space to prospective clients Assist in scheduling face-to-face meetings with potential clients who have real estate needs and coordinate follow-up activities Support the brokerage team in calls and business development activities, including gathering and creating content for Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), Offering Memorandums, Prospect Reports, and Market Updates Project management for various real estate related tasks, including but not limited to construction/build outs, vendor coordination, and utility set ups, metering and billing Provide service and support to brokers and clients, ensuring high-quality and responsive service Compile financial data into reports for team members and stakeholders, producing models for integration into the decision-making process Conduct research on companies and executives to provide insights and analysis for client development Assist with the evaluation and reviews of proposals for leasing and buying properties Prepare lease abstracts and reviews Foster business development activities to grow client base and market share Take part in research, due diligence, and other tasks associated with acquisitions and client projects Ad hoc duties as assigned What sets you apart Real Estate License: A valid real estate license is required for this role. Candidates who do not currently hold a license must be willing to obtain one within six months of accepting the position Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required for this role Experience: Prior experience in commercial real estate, property management, or client services is a plus Skills: Excel Proficiency Required. Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
