Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Organize and coordinate client meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
- Support project management initiatives, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive client records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to inform continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
