Client Services Coordinator / Receptionist

North Group Consultants is seeking a Part-Time (approx. 20-25 hours per week) Client Services Coordinator / Receptionist to represent North Group well and extend gracious hospitality to our clients, guests, and the broader community. The ability to advance the North Group brand and create a welcoming, friendly environment is essential to the role. The Client Services Coordinator / Receptionist will proactively develop and maintain positive relationships and extend generosity with creative and unique gestures that demonstrate our others-first focus. In addition, the Client Services Coordinator / Receptionist will provide assistance in various administrative functions including receptionist duties, managing basic office functions (i.e., phone, mail, data entry, supply ordering, etc.), and ensuring the physical office space is welcoming, appealing, and well-maintained. The successful Client Services Coordinator / Receptionist candidate will embrace North Group’s values and serve others with a can-do spirit.
Client Services Coordinator / Receptionist position qualifications:
• Two years of proven administrative/customer-service experience, a plus
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrates hospitality in a kind, engaging demeanor
• Strong attention to detail in task, environment and observance of people
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including phone
• Ability to multitask and work independently with a variety of duties
