Your Impact:
As a Client Services Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and support for our patients and their families. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming environment where every individual feels valued, understood, and cared for. By efficiently managing schedules, handling inquiries with compassion, and facilitating smooth check-ins and payments, you'll enable our patients to access the care they need to lead fulfilling lives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and families with a warm and welcoming attitude, both in-person and via phone.
- Serve as the primary contact for patients and families, providing clear and timely information regarding appointments, clinic updates, and patient inquiries.
- Guide new families through the intake process, gather necessary information, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinate therapy appointments, manage therapists' calendars, and ensure timely follow-up with patients.
- Maintain accurate schedules and initiate reminders to optimize clinician availability.
- Ensure timely check-ins and secure payment processing for all patients scheduled.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with clinic policies.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including therapists, billing departments, and insurance companies, to facilitate authorization for patient appointments.
- Implement attendance interventions and celebrate milestones with our clients to foster a positive environment.
- Work closely with insurance companies to verify coverage, secure authorizations, and ensure ongoing patient eligibility for services.
- Contribute to a vibrant and supportive workplace culture where every team member feels valued and empowered.
