Title: Client Services/Hospitality Representative
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Relocation Assistance: No
Hours: M-F 8:30am-5:30pm, onsite
A well respected law firm is looking for an individual to provide office administrative and support services for guests, attorneys and other office personnel.
Job responsibilities
- Front desk reception: Answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors
- Reserving conference rooms and conference room set ups
- Maintenance of kitchen pantry supplies and ordering catered food services for meetings.
- Copy/mail room services, large print jobs, assisting attorney with trial binder prep, receive, scan, process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages USPS/FEDEX, arrange messenger services.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, submit building maintenance requests.
- Light filing, document changes, and clerical projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, strong time management, ability to multitask, and organization skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- 2+ years of office administration in a professional setting
- Law office support experience desired
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary is commensurate with experience
