The Client Services Inside Sales Lead plays a vital role in supporting operational and sales management, as well as broader office initiatives. Acting as a key point of contact for global sales partners and both new and existing Maya Romanoff clients, this role is responsible for driving sales within assigned territories through excellent communication, organization, and dedication to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
Uphold high service standards to create a positive client experience and promote teamwork.
Manage, prioritize, and expedite a high volume of emails to ensure timely client responses.
Serve as the primary contact for global sales partners and clients on processes, updates, order status, pricing, sample requests, and more.
Sales Collaboration & Support
Partner with Regional Managers and global sales teams to advance sales and lead generation.
Work with marketing and sales teams to influence sales and build brand presence.
Participate in regular team check-ins and contribute to ongoing sales discussions.
CRM & Territory Management
Manage assigned sales territory’s CRM dashboard to maintain accurate project status, communications, and lead processing.
Report CRM status to Client Services and Regional Managers, providing monthly and quarterly updates.
Regularly update CRM data, including contact lists and sales information, for accurate forecasting.
Order Processing & Follow-Up
Process orders, payments, reserves, and quotes, ensuring all client requirements are met.
Conduct follow-ups with clients on open projects, leads, and quotes.
Handle incoming and outgoing client calls, addressing client needs directly.
Documentation & Reporting
Adhere to documentation standards for all projects, orders, quotes, and payments.
Prepare and manage sales and lead reports, maintaining consistent data quality.
Additional Duties
Comply with all company policies and procedures, and represent the company's best interests.
Take on special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.
