What’s SellCheck? SellCheck is a tool for testing creative effectiveness using a combination of behavioral science and marketing expertise. That’s sciency talk for we make sure marketing ads are designed to do what our clients want them to do: sell products and services. We’ve reviewed ads for 1700 brands (some of our active clients include Procter & Gamble, EJ Gallo, Heineken, Barilla, Unilever, and United Health Group), and provide recommendations to make them be the very best they can be. And we do it fast. Within 48 hours fast!
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Client Services and Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client data, providing essential support to Account Directors, and collaborating closely with our Client Success (CSX) and Operations Teams. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and data in our CRM and project management systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all client interactions and communications, and analyzing data to provide insights that support decision-making processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, data handling, and strategic support within a fast-paced environment.
As part of your role, you will also help with processing SellCheck reports, including assessing client inputs, assigning report responsibilities, tracking milestones, proofing for quality control, and finalizing database entries.
Role Requirements
● This position will spilt its time between the CSX and Operations Team
● Update and maintain our internal and client-facing project management dashboards via NetSuite,
HubSpot, Monday.com, and Excel
● Coordinate and organize client onboarding, vendor set up, billing and invoicing
● Create and maintain trend reports for internal and external use
● Facilitate and manage project requests from clients, which includes reviewing project submission forms, compiling and routing project materials to the appropriate team contributors, and doing final proofing and quality checks before delivery
● Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and resolve inquiries and requests from internal and external clients
● Ensure a successful client experience with the SellCheck product and team from end to end
Qualifications
● Proven experience in similar role, demonstrating extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
● Exceptionally skilled with verbal and written communication skills, including copy editing
● Self-starter that can manage a fast-paced environment with a variety of projects in motion at any one time that require strict deadlines
● Proficient with computers and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and Adobe
● Familiarity with Netsuite/Hubspot/Monday.com is desired, but not required
● Resourceful, asks great questions, and utilizes assets available
● Strong ability to multitask and prioritize day-to-day responsibilities, keeping in mind how your work impacts the team’s ability to perform their jobs
● Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Takes pride in quality work and exceeding expectations
Education & Experience
● 4-year degree in business, marketing or related discipline or equivalent education experience
● 2 years’ experience in operations and project management and/or marketing and advertising services
