Client Services Representative- HYBRID - TEKsystems

TEKsystems is hiring a large group of Client Service Representatives to work for a client located in the Lake Mary, FL area. These positions will offer a HYBRID schedule for both training and normal shift.

This position is a great, foot in the door opportunity with a ton of upward mobility and growth available. The position is open due to rapid growth with the client.

Job Description

·Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner

·Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions

·Responds to customer inquiries

·Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements

·Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries

·Records details about customer inquiries

·Helps resolve complicated customer complaints

·Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution

·Familiarity with MS Office required

Qualifications

·2-3 years of customer service experience (retail)

·Elevated call center customer service experience

·High level of professionalism

·Clear communication skills

·Must have an interest in finance

Work Environment/Shift/Additional information

Employees will train in the office and will be required to go in office 3 days on onsite and 2 days remote once training is complete

Shift (Training) 9:00-5:30pm Monday- Friday

Call Center is open 8a-8p, must be open to any shift in that time

Work Schedules Available: shifts will vary with starting times between 8 AM – 11:30 AM.

Pay

25.00/hr. to start
