Client Services Team Representative (English & Spanish speaking required)

In-Clinic Location: 3045 N Commerce Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33025

Scheduled Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00p.m. 8 hours a day with 30 minutes lunch break

Hourly Pay: Up to $18-$20/Hour based on experience

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish-speaking
• Customer Service Experience required
• Healthcare industry experience preferred

What You'll Do Your days at MySpot will be dynamic and fulfilling! Here's a glimpse of what you'll be responsible for:

In this role, you will take customer calls and ensure that inquiries are met with accurate and satisfactory responses. You will efficiently route calls to the appropriate department or individual, assist patients and caregivers with appointment cancellations and rescheduling, and manage both waitlists and scheduled appointments by proactively reaching out to fill any gaps caused by cancellations. You will review and monitor authorization requirements before scheduling and de-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers while providing essential patient support. You will actively participate in training and learning opportunities to enhance your skills and understand call center metrics, always striving to optimize performance. Adhering to all company policies and procedures is paramount, and be willing to complete any additional job duties as needed
