Our healthcare client is seeking a Client-Side Lead Business Application Analyst will work directly on behalf of the customer, serving as a subject matter expert and taking the lead on the migration from Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM. This team member will also be the liaison between the customer and the implementation partner (Healthcare IT Leaders). The Lead Analyst will report directly to the client leadership team. They will be leading and helping translate business requirements and finding and developing solutions with the implementation as well within the UKG Pro product. Additionally, this team member will serve as a mentor on behalf of the client and lead the client team, helping with escalated issues and complex expressions, calculations, imports / exports, and SQL queries and will have the ability to represent the client in application build.

Key Accountabilities:
- Serves as a lead to the client team, mentoring the team and assisting the management in elevated tasks
- Serves as the subject matter expert for Information Technology from the customer, helping to assess business issues, creating and maintaining interfaces, and providing knowledge on system administration responsibilities including security, workflow, and system configuration
- Works as the liaison between internal teams and the customer to ensure projects and new items introduced in the system are well thought out and implemented in the best way possible for current software landscape and the future
- Monitors the status throughout the different stages of the engagement on behalf of the client team.
- Works with internal payroll, human resource, and other teams as well as the client implementation partner, helping drive long-term strategic direction and process improvements while providing guidance on features, functionality, and necessary enhancements to the system
- Reviews and analyzes information; transforms information into specifications to be used for business development
- Engages and works with the implementation partner and internal teams to ensure they are informed of all relevant changes to the system and to coordinate activities or projects as necessary
- Works directly with internal and external resources to help troubleshoot issues and plan for future design
- Escalates non-routine inquiries and issues accordingly
- Provides implementation and current state with best practice recommendations and guidance
- Leads video meetings / calls internally to support the implementation and also support the implementation partner requirements
- Ability to travel onsite at client site, when needed, based on certain events or deliverables
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience implementing, consulting, and / or maintaining the UKG Pro platform
- Proficient with spreadsheets and formulas such as Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- SQL experience (read and write capability)
- Ability to work flexible hours to support the implementation
- Experience with UKG WFM Workforce Integration Manager
- Must have experience building UKG Pro interfaces using Dell Boomi integration tool
- Must have UKG Advanced Scheduler experience building departments
