About the Job
Director of Client Success will serve as a day-to-day single point of contact for clients as a resource and advisor in all areas of human resource matters including but not limited to implementation, payroll, new hire on-boarding, termination, employee handbook creation, training, software expert, investigating questions ensuring clients are in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, performance management, coaching, along with the following responsibilities:
Continually analyzes client needs to develop appropriate Human Resources, Training, and Benefit offerings to increase client satisfaction and retention to enhance business performance.
Ensure a smooth on-boarding and implementation experience for new clients and newly hired employees.
Act as client’s single point of contact and liaise with internal EMPLOVA departments for matters related to WC, EPLI, payroll, retirement, reporting and other related areas.
Conduct live and webinar-based trainings for employees during client onboarding and annual open enrollment, and client trainings related to EMPLOVA’s platform usage and procedures.
Knowledge of and ability to explain and provide guidance on clients’ payroll, benefit billing, reporting and best practices in operations.
Identify process improvement possibilities and participate in improvement efforts, sharing best practices and ideas across practices.
Coach clients on employee relations matters including employee concerns, management of performance issues, exit strategies, selected recognition, etc.
Provides vision and expertise to relevant program/policies, and develop healthy respectful client working relationships.
Manage and support the Sales team by providing technology demonstrations for clients and prospects on services, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, performance management, recruiting, screening and selection services.
Foster relationships with Clients and Brokers.
Work with Marketing department in creating and finalizing new marketing content to be used for clients and potential clients.
Ensure accurate processing of client payrolls in accordance to specified deadlines.
Set-up and ongoing maintenance of Time an Attendance platform.
