Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and results-driven Client Success Specialist to drive success and satisfaction across our customer base. In this role, you will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your assigned portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
- Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key business executives and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
- Oversee customer onboarding and training, ensuring that customers are fully engaged and realize the value of our solutions.
- Analyze customer data to optimize their experience and ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and work closely with sales and operations teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Manage customer activations, ensuring that new customers are delighted and go live as quickly as possible.
- Address high-severity requests or escalations with urgency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the success of the customer success team by sharing best practices and supporting team initiatives.
- Over 3 years of proven, dependable experience in customer success and account management within the background check investigations industry.
- Experience in building out Client Success SOPs and departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
- Proficient in CRM and marketing automation solutions, with hands-on experience using TAZWorks and HubSpot.

- Communication: Ability to clearly convey ideas and updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to manage evolving customer needs and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, earning their trust and confidence.
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of HTML and Adobe Suite.
- BA/BS degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
