YOUR NEW ROLE AS A CLIENT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE - OFFICE ASSISTANT

You will typically work 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

As an entry-level Client Support Associate - Office Assistant, you will thrive on ensuring excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction. Your days will be filled with action-packed tasks like assisting the office admin with various duties, coordinating office activities, managing phone calls, emails, and packages, and even taking charge of office supplies. You'll also be the go-to person for assisting with budgeting and bookkeeping, making travel arrangements, and scheduling jobs with precision.
