Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails, assisting clients with their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Handle administrative tasks such as reordering office supplies, sending out invoices, and scheduling classes.
- Assist with accounting duties/invoicing.
- Assist with HR
- Oversee and manage operational workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with our Client Support Manager and report directly to the CEO.
- Maintain professionalism in appearance, social media engagement, and communication with peers.
Qualifications:
- Dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Bachelors Degree a huge plus!
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in HR.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Ability to assist with light accounting responsibilities.
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
- Respectful of authority and able to work within established guidelines.
- Willingness to pitch in and help with tasks outside your formal job description.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Per Year
