We are hiring immediately for a Client Support Representative supporting a payroll department with a financial services company in West Chester, PA!

Client Support Representative Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00am-8:00pm
• Pay Rate:$23.00-$25.00/hr

Client Support Representative Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding payroll software via telephone, email, or chat.
• Provide technical problem resolution and communicate solutions to customers.
• Analyze customer service needs and collaborate with other departments to develop appropriate solutions.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of payroll to address complex inquiries effectively.
• Record customer interactions and research product information using customer relationship applications or databases.

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• Previous experience within a customer service role is preferred
• Basic math skills and problem solving skills
• Payroll experience is a plus, but not required
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• High School Diploma required
