Client Account Representative
Our client, a growing, independent retirement plan administration and consulting firm based in Beverly, MA, is seeking a dedicated Client Account Representative. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a small, collaborative team and play a key part in the onboarding and ongoing support of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, advisors, and accountants.
Manage and reconcile client asset and census data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with clients, advisors, recordkeepers, and payroll companies to gather and review year-end data.
Handle incoming client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and effective responses.
Assist in the preparation and filing of forms, including 5500s, extensions, and related schedules.
Support special projects and other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Solid math skills, with experience in reconciling, accounting, or finance.
A positive attitude, team spirit, and customer service experience are highly valued.
Additional Information:
Hourly rate: $20-$25/hr.
