What You'll Do:

- Assist customers with questions related to our clients products and services, helping resolve issues and ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client and customer concerns as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality
- Provide product knowledge and guidance, empowering customers to make the most of our offerings
- Identify opportunities to upsell
- Participate in training and professional development to stay updated on company products and best practices
