Client Support Specialist - Entry Level - A. Teleta

In this entry-level position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their customers, helping them navigate the enrollment process from start to finish. What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional support via direct customer outreach campaigns 
• Assist customers with questions related to our clients products and services, helping resolve issues and ensuring satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client and customer concerns as needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality
• Provide product knowledge and guidance, empowering customers to make the most of our offerings
• Identify opportunities to upsell  
• Participate in training and professional development to stay updated on company products and best practices
