About the Job
As a Client Transition Manager within the Commercial Bank, you are responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of complex treasury and banking services to ensure a best-in-class implementation experience is provided to clients in the Commercial Bank. Client Transition is a specialized implementation team that is provided to clients as an extra implementation resource and thought of as an extension of the client's staff and you and the team assists with up-front solutioning of domestic and international new business to document and provide a solidified project scope and are responsible for developing a playbook post mandate with product specific templates to assist the client in transitioning their business to J.P. Morgan. During implementation, the team is responsible for having consultative conversations with client business and technical resources to provide best practices around gaining efficiencies in their banking services and you will facilitate work within and train client resources on the bank's online banking platform to ensure the client is ready to transact.
Job responsibilities
- Own the product implementation and training experience for your assigned clients
- Facilitate training sessions with clients via zoom, phone, and in-person on migrating online users, templates, and fraud prevention services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations and Product Management and manage client and partner expectations and understanding throughout the implementation process
- Exhibit ownership of implementations experience and own client satisfaction results and work with partners in Operations and Product Management to streamline processes
- Identify instances of business risk and show ownership of issues when they arise
- Document the scope of work into an implementation request to engage our onboarding and operation teams to set up the suite of products and services
- Use Microsoft Office tools to document meeting agendas and minutes and project plans. Use of workflow tool for status updates and document repository
- Demonstrate creative problem solving and judgement and be empowered to escalate when necessary
- Manage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Products and Services
- An appreciation for being a 'keeper of our brand' with 6+ years of applicable experience and a passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experience
- Prior project management experience and ability to clearly communicate, partner and influence leading others to a common goal
- Experience in risk awareness and skills to develop and ensure quality program set ups and excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, negotiating and organizational skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to manage conflict and adapt to change and demonstrated team building skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Comfort in using technology such as WebEx, Zoom and other collaboration tools for enhanced client discussions
- Bachelor of Science or Business Administration Degree
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Project Management Professional or other Project management Certifications
- Previous Client Facing Project Management/consulting experience
- Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting
- Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends
Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.
Some travel required (40%) to visit clients and internal partners.
