PrideStaff, a recruiting firm specializing in staffing for Central Oregon businesses, is seeking a Climbing Wall Assembly Associate for a fun and unique company in Bend.  A successful candidate for this position will have a high attention to detail, experience with hand & power tools, and looking for a team-oriented environment. This position is full time, Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm with three-day weekends. The starting salary is $20.00/hr.

Climbing Industry Equipment Manufacturer   Duties Include:

• Perform visual inspection duties and correct as needed
• Effectively using hand tools, power tools, and other machinery
• Accurately follows order guidelines and specific instructions
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards
• Maintain production flow and high quality of work
• Following oral and written specifications
• Working in a close team environment

Climbing Industry Equipment Manufacturer Job Requirements:

• Recent work experience in a similar, detail-oriented position
• High attention to detail for accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
• Passion for the work being done and quality of work being produced
• Frequent squatting, bending, twisting reaching and continuous standing and walking
• Able to read a tape measure
• Basic math and computer skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
• Provide 2 professional references

Supervision:   This position has direct supervision.  Teamwork is essential to work towards a common goal.

Basic working conditions:  The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation and work full time. The employee must be able to work successfully in a team. The employee must be able to stand, stoop, or crouch for long periods of time.
