CenterWell is a subsidiary of Humana, seeking a Clinic Activity Coordinator. The Clinic Activity Coordinator schedules pre-programmed classes, activities and/or events for members and ensures the day-to-day operations of the Wellness Center meet participant needs.
Job Functions
+ Schedules the Wellness Center meeting rooms and fitness rooms for pre-programmed classes, activities and/or events.
+ Plans, promotes, and coordinates programs to provide members with a variety fitness activity.
+ Attends morning huddles, and team meetings in Brownsville or Harlingen daily.

Required Qualifications
+ A minimum of one year of administrative experience
+ Experience in a role involving structured and planned activities
+ Previous experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Must be able to work at the CenterWell Care clinics located at: 1454 Central Blvd Brownsville, TX 78520 and 801 N Ed Carey Dr. Harlingen, TX 78550
+ Mileage will be reimbursed for travel between clinics.
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
+ Degree in a Health-related field
+ Previous work with vulnerable adults or the geriatric population
+ Previous experience as a Personal Trainer and/or performing wellness and recreational activities
+ Health Plan experience, including Medicare/Medicaid
+ Electronic Medical Record (ECW) knowledge/experience
Working hours
+ Scheduled 40 hours per week
+ Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM
Additional Information
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$31,900 - $43,900 per year
