As a Clinic Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of safe treatment and working environment. You will monitor the clients and ensure general safety for all and promote service delivery that is aligned with the agency’s primary mission.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Must possess a current valid driver’s license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company purposes.
- Localized travel up to 20% may be required.
Preferred:
- Associates degree
- Experience working security services in a healthcare setting
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance of a safe treatment and working environment
- Inspect the clinic's interior to ensure that it is presentable, safe and secure.
- Inspect the clinic's surroundings and parking lot to ensure that it is secure and that no current threat or nuisance exists, as well as ensure that all staff and patient vehicles are parked in designated spaces.
- Conduct walkthroughs inside and outside of the clinic on an hourly basis.
- Monitor and report any illicit activities in and around the clinics
- Ensure efficient patient pedestrian and vehicular traffic in and around the clinic
- Ensure great customer service
- Greet and be personable to patients and other clinic visitors
- Keep patient waiting rooms clean and supplied with educational brochures and other reading materials
- Assist Clinic Leadership in the oversight of the facility
- Report all life-threatening situations concerning staff, patients and the immediate community
- Arrive on time for scheduled meetings and training sessions
- Monitor patient flow and crowd control and general safety of all
- Ensure knowledge of all applicable laws
- Assist in clinic drills and inspections (e.g. panic button, evacuation, Cal OSHA, fire)
- Engage in crisis management, when necessary
- Report to the Clinic Manager before departing at the end of the shift
- Monitor work being done in and around the clinic by third party contractors (e.g. construction, landscaping, janitorial)
- Assisting Front Office when short staffed, including answering of phones, checking patients in, filing, etc.
