Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Director at Opal Autism Centers, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring high-quality therapeutic services for clients with autism. You'll lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs, maintain a caseload, and manage key performance indicators to ensure both clinical effectiveness and operational success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Clinical and Operational Management: Supervise clinical practice, manage clinic operations, and maintain a personal caseload.
• Performance Management: Optimize staff performance, achieve client admission targets, and ensure efficient scheduling.
• Leadership and Staff Development: Conduct interviews, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field.
• BCBA certification and North Carolina LBA required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral analysis with significant leadership or management experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and administrative functions.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be willing to commute to work in the center; we do not provide remote services.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to learn, demonstrate, and explain physical skills of moderate complexity.
• Physically able to move from standing to one knee and back up without assistance.
• Normal functioning and range of motion in arms, legs, hips, wrists, back, neck, etc.
• Role may involve lifting, twisting, pulling, or pushing up to 60 lbs., and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
