What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Manage: Oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure high patient satisfaction.

• Drive Growth: Collaborate on marketing strategies and help grow the clinic by 20% annually.

• Mentor & Develop: Provide regular coaching and development opportunities for your team.

• Ensure Excellence: Use performance metrics and patient feedback to drive improvements in clinical outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, MPT) with at least 1 year of experience, ideally in a leadership role, and a passion for success—you hate to lose.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with a focus on patient outcomes and clinic growth.
