About the Clinic Director Position:
The role of Clinic Director entails assuming a leadership position integral to the effective operation of an outpatient orthopedic and neuro clinic. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in leading with empathy, delivering education with conviction, fostering staff empowerment and mentorship, and cultivating a culture characterized by accountability, teamwork, and integrity. We seek a qualified physical therapist who exhibits a fervent dedication to the field, possesses strong leadership capabilities, demonstrates high emotional intelligence, and exemplifies unwavering commitment to excellence.
The Clinic Director role holds paramount importance within our organization. Responsibilities encompass overseeing various facets of clinic management, including staff meetings, schedule coordination, coaching and mentorship initiatives, and individualized 1:1 staff check-ins. Furthermore, consistent engagement with the executive leadership team via monthly meetings and participation in a structured leadership development program is expected. Additionally, operate within a mutual success-oriented incentive program. Ultimately, the Clinic Director will lead both the team and the clinic, working in tandem with a Front Office Manager and administrative support staff.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and administer treatment to patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
- Design and oversee exercise programs for rehabilitation purposes.
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation.
- Supervise PT aide staff as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the scheduling for the PT team.
- Cultivate an exceptional patient experience to foster customer satisfaction.
- Be the driving force in recruitment efforts to secure qualified candidates for various roles within the clinic.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, education, and training to team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate constructive feedback sessions.
- Assume responsibility for managing the clinic's profit and loss statements.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to drive goal achievement.
- Demonstrate innovation and problem-solving prowess in addressing operational challenges.
- Collaborate closely with administrative staff to generate and analyze monthly clinic metrics.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives at both the clinic and organizational levels.
- Uphold and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
Required Education, Qualifications, & Skills:
- Must hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, with some exposure to managerial or program management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a professional capacity.

Compensation:
Salary ranges from $87,000.00 - $105,000.00 Annually, commensurate with experience.
