Shift: Full-time; 0930-1800, 1100-1930; no weekends or holidays

The Certified Clinic Laboratory Technician position is responsible for performing laboratory tests and analyses, specimen collection and processing, quality control and regular maintenance of laboratory equipment in the clinic laboratory.
Qualifies as testing personnel under Federal Register 493.1489

Responsibilities:- Performs routine clinic lab testing following proper laboratory procedure and follow up of critical lab values
- Performs and verifies quality control and instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
- Collect, receive, and process laboratory samples and send outs following proper laboratory procedures
- Perform inventory management and other miscellaneous tasks as needed
- Associate degree in lab science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution
- or
- Qualify as Testing Personnel under Federal Register Sec 493.1489
- Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
- MLT, CLA, MLS or MT-ASCP (non regulatory)
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess basic computer skills and knowledge using word processing, spreadsheet, email and web browser
