MISSION
The Clinic Manager is responsible for direction of patient care in the clinic setting. They will manage clinic team members, assist with staff scheduling, and consult with physicians and Area Director on clinical problems to ensure patient needs are met. Additionally, they will coordinate and direct patient care to ensure patients’ needs are met and facility policies and procedures are followed.

- Effectively collaborate throughout the organization to ensure optimal fiscal stewardship and process improvement, while meeting current documentation standards and policies, serving as the Infection Control Offer, and aiding ASC manager in remaining compliant with regulatory requirements including state, federal, and AAAHC standards.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment and perform various Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) roles as needed, while prioritizing safety and maintaining low adverse events, exceptional patient satisfaction scores and necessary quality improvement studies.
- Build and manage an engaged productive team in a positive and motivating work environment by effectively resolving internal conflict, developing policies and procedures with team members, and unifying employees towards one common goal.
- Relay consistent feedback and coaching regarding performance and provide relevant training and in-service education opportunities to ensure necessary improvement and standards are met.

Previous Job Relevant Work Experience:
- Two years of experience in management
