About You
We seek a part-time Clinic Manager who shares our passion for holistic healing and patient-centered care. You are a highly organized and efficient individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere for patients and staff. You are driven to uphold our high standards of care and contribute to the growth and success of our center.
You will be reporting directly to our Medical Director, Dr. Tom Yarema, and manage medical staff and front desk receptionists. Our office is in Soquel, CA and you will be required to work on-site.
Top 5 Objectives
Ensure Operational Efficiency: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring adherence to procedures, smooth workflows, optimal staff utilization, and efficient resource management.
Enhance Patient Experience: Create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Monitor and improve the satisfaction of our patients before and after their treatment.
Optimize Staff Performance: Lead, mentor, and motivate the clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
Maintain Financial Health: Manage the clinic's budget effectively, ensuring financial stability and maximizing revenue generation.
Promote Growth and Development: Contribute to the center's growth by implementing strategies to attract new patients and expand service offerings.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar healthcare management role, dentist, or plastic surgery office is ideal.
Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare regulations, and medical billing practices.
