About the Position
As a Clinic Medical Director, you will serve as a physician at one of our clinical sites in addition to supporting and managing the administration of clinical practice for providers across primary care service lines at your designated site. This position will work in close collaboration with operational and nursing leadership at the site.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as clinical lead at your assigned site and as the direct supervisor of primary care providers at the site
- Manage schedule optimization and coverage, provider behavior and professionalism, and clinical workflow implementation in collaboration with the Site Director
- Educate providers at your clinic on new initiatives and projects while monitoring and supporting through implementation

Requirements
- Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
- Current Texas licensure
- Board Certified in a Primary Care Speciality (Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Adult Medicine, or Family Practice)
- 3 years of clinical experience, post-residency
- Leadership or management experience
- Community healthcare experience
- Experience supporting clinical programs across departments
