Experience Minimum Required • Min of 2000 hrs. of clinical practice in the specialty area, 25% which has occurred in the last 3 yrs. Education Minimum Required • BA or BS in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy Training Minimum Required • Post professional certification/specialization in area of specialty supported by National Board Exam or successful completion of Fellowship/Residency in area of specialization.
Special Skills Minimum Required • Advanced clinical reasoning and mentorship exp Licensure and/or Certifications Required • NH License Physical Therapist • AHA or ARC BLS within 2 weeks of hire

In addition, this position demonstrates competency in the performance of duties and responsibilities related to patient evaluation; development of care plans; administration of therapeutic interventions and documentation of clinical care.
