Schedule: 8:30AM to 5:30PM, M-F no weekends
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Gather patient information accurately and completely by utilizing appropriate templates in CPR+
- Verify insurance eligibility prior to processing order.
- Assemble patients electronic medical record accurately and completely.
- Complete welcome call with patients.
- Complete other related duties as assigned by the company from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school/GED
- Previous healthcare experience or customer service required
- Referral intake background preferred, medical terminology a plus, insurance knowledge preferred
- COVID vaccination required
