Clinical Administrative Assistant (Onsite - Boston, MA)

$21-23/hr

 Core Experience:

• Must have data management, contract documentation, scheduling etc. experience
  • similar skillset as a paralegal preferred
• Minimum of an Associates Degree or higher
• Healthcare document management required
• Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook,Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
• Must be comfortable to submit to Medical Screenings

A Day in the Role:

Supporting clinical trials department.

• Administrative in nature with specific focus on contract documents, data management related to clinical trial contracts.
• Managing records, ensuring all information is accurate. 
• Organizing projects
• Paying attention to detail
• Demonstrating teamwork

Work Environment

• Onsite - 8:00 AM - 04:30 PM - 40 Hours/week
