Education/Certification: : High School diploma or equivalent required. Active CMA or LPN certification in the state of employment. While preference may be given to candidates with CMA or LPN certifications, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certifications may also be considered for this position.

Experience: One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language/Communication: Ability to read and interpret documents such as patient documentation, results, and refill requests. Ability to speak effectively.

Mental Capabilities: Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
