We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to a diverse and great Clinical Team and work closely with the Sr. Clinical Team to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the Clinical Team
- Assist the Sr. Clinical Team in the management the clinician calendar, scheduled meetings, and agendas
- Assist in coordinating the onboarding of new clinicians, including credentials verification and updates
- Assist in the distribution of cases to the clinical team
- Prepare and edit, reports, presentations, and other documents as directed by the Sr. Clinical Team
- Assist in the preparation, management, and distribution of productivity and reimbursement reports
- On occasion, conduct research and provide background information on various topics
- Coordinate with other members of the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Sr. Clinical Team
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field
- Experience in a healthcare related field with some understanding of medical vocabulary
- Experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or chief of staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Salary: $28.21/ per hour
