Omni Community Health is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as the Wilder Clinical Coordinator. As part of the Omni Family of Services, Omni Community Health is a behavioral health organization providing and coordinating care for children and adults. As the Wilder Clinical Coordinator, you would be responsible for working directly with youth within the Wilder Youth Development Center and their families to create supportive and encouraging relationships. This balance between security and evidence-based treatment intervention supports a culture where staff and youth feel safe. The goal is to improve youth’s behavior and increase their social and independent living skills while promoting stable, permanent connections to family and caring adults that will allow them to be successful upon their return to their community.

• Must be an individual with a master’s degree who is on a licensure track (LCSW, LPC-MHSP or LMFT). license eligible. Licensure supervision provided.
• Certification or company approved training in proper crisis prevention/de-escalation initiatives and universal precautions required.
• Experience with youth in the juvenile justice system preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
