Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 Per Year (DOE)

Sign on Bonus: $10,000

Situated on 10 beautiful acres in the picturesque Santa Clara Valley, our property provides a serene and private setting for 12 – 17-year-olds to reflect, heal, and grow.

As a Clinical Director with Embark, you’ll get to:

• Lead the onsite treatment team as they see kids through daily therapeutic and experiential activities, including individual, group, equine and recreational therapy activities.
• Maintain caseload of (3) three clients, support clinical team in crisis management, and oversee documentation.
• Ensure unwavering program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring continuous growth and excellence across all facets of the clinic. You will also support hiring and retaining top clinical talent.

• California Licensed Clinician: Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist
• Experience as a CA licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions with adolescents and teens.

• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
• At least two years of clinical supervision experience in a high acuity setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
