Position Summary
Administers and/or appropriately delegates all aspects of client care for the organization. The Clinical Director will assist in thedevelopment ofstafftrainingandthedevelopment ofresources toprovidebestpracticeandevidence-basedtreatment for clientele. In addition, the Clinical Director will be responsible for providing supervision, direction, and feedback to all therapists that oversee the therapeutic care of clients and performance improvement activities. Lastly, the Clinical Director will participate in activities during and in preparation for all accreditation, licensing, or othersurveys.

• Initiateprogramassessmentandimplementqualityprogramenhancements,utilizingevidence-basedpractices
• Design & manage therapeuticprograms
• Oversee social and recreational activities: ensure that clients are regularly going on outings and being involved in recreational and social activities
• Maintain relationships with outside agencies andreferents
• Review industry-related and businessstatistics
• Document and determine any areas that are in need ofimprovement
• Review current policies and recommend plans to improve upon the existing qualitystandards
• Review and analyze the effectiveness of the modificationsmade
• Ensurethatallprocedures withinthecompanyconformtoState,Federal,andJointCommissionRegulations
• Responsible for evaluating the current level of client care, which may include data collection, entry, and analysis, chart audits and observing direct client care
• Responsible for developing a medical privacy and data security policy and collaborating with affected departments to implement appropriate procedures and measures to guarantee the privacy and security of protected health information
• Act as a mediator to both clients and employees to help resolve concerns, complaints, and requests, including the submission of timely and accurate reports as required forresolution
• Work closely with all members of treatment team to assure positive workingrelationships
• Report client complaints/concerns to respective department director and, when necessary, coordinate corrective action
• Facilitate interdisciplinary staffmeetings
• Management and clinical supervision of all direct servicepersonnel

Qualifications
• Master'sdegreefrom anaccreditedcollege oruniversityintheMentalHealthorrelatedfield
• Must maintain LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or LPC license in the stateof Indiana
• Must have an understanding of poly substance abuse, insurancedocumentation
• At least eight (8) years of experience in the behavioral health fieldpreferred
• At least three (3) years of experience with managerial responsibilitiespreferred
• Must have valid driver's license and proof ofinsurance
• Must maintain CPR and First Aid certifications or obtain certification within the first six (6) months ofemployment
