We're currently seeking a Clinical Director who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence. As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through exceptional patient care and inspirational Clinical Leadership to our team of clinicians.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with any of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the clinical operations and staffing for two clinics: Clarity Clinic Loop and Clarity Clinic Mokena locations.
- Manage a small caseload, providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Unified Protocol) to clients attending individual therapy while demonstrating excellent management, retention, and termination of clients on caseload.
- Training: A minimum of one monthly individual supervision for each fully licensed staff (including clinical supervisors).
- Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly organizational training.
- Group Supervision: Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly group supervision.
