Alanté’s business model is to work directly with Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, and our Chronic Care Management team to help navigate patient’s medical needs by eliminating the complexities of healthcare choices and decisions. The Clinical Director is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with the vital role and responsible for providing leadership, support, guidance and recommendations for operational improvements for this growing team of Nurse Practitioners in Arizona, Washington, and Oregon.

- Assist the Vice President of Operations in all hiring and operational activities for the Alante Team.
- Serve as support for the team’s Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, to increase productivity and ensure operation’s goals are executed properly and in support of team retention.
- Supervise the Nurse Practitioners to include but not limited to hiring, evaluating, counseling, and training.
- Plan and execute a strategic retention plan that is scalable and put together with the employee's interests in mind.
- Provide workflow improvements that will ensure continued and sustainable growth for the company.
- Regional travel to Washington and Oregon locations will be required at least once a quarter.

- Functions as clinical resource in collaboration with member care team and serves as internal resource for clinical and non-clinical staff to promote positive interactions in support of patient care and outcomes.
- Demonstrate a high level of clinical expertise in working with individuals with acute and chronic conditions and, on occasion, will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, plan, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for member health
- Demonstrates knowledge of etiologies, risk factors, pathophysiology, and presentation of acute and chronic conditions.
- As the need arises in support of the team, conducts thorough review of available patient records in preparation for scheduled visit to assist in supporting capture of appropriate diagnoses and document patient status and plan.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner by the applicable State Board of Nursing with a valid Nurse Practitioner License.
- Up-to-date Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Unrestricted prescribing and dispensing privileges with Drug Enforcement Agency licensure.
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of valid automobile insurance.
- 2 years or more experience as Advanced Practice Nurse.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with population health management.
- Preferred experience working with vulnerable adult populations.
- Pay $120,000 - 150,000 annually
