THE COMPANY
Mindful Health Solutions provides comprehensive psychiatric care involving medication and non-medication solutions with an emphasis on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy. The medical practice has leveraged this brain stimulation technology to treat a number of neuropsychiatric conditions with a focus on major depression. Although we utilize the latest in advanced treatments for neuropsychiatric conditions, our focus remains on the patient's experience of treatment. Our staff and providers do not compromise on the importance of communicating effectively with patients and their families, as well as with the other providers who are part of the patient's treatment team. We partner with patients and families, and collaboratively give them the knowledge, support, and information they need to make informed, practical decisions, so that they have the best healthcare outcomes.
THE POSITION
We are looking for a Clinical Director to join our practice to provide clinical support and direction to support and oversee treatments. This person will oversee programs with providing highly effective, evidence-based treatments that help people reach their full health potential.
Responsibilities:- Develop an integrated and empirically based (e.g. CBT, mindfulness, Universal Protocol) virtual group and individual psychotherapy program for mood and anxiety disorders.
- Supervise and train therapists providing virtual group individual and group treatments and classes.
- Collaborate with Mindful Health Solutions (MHS) recruitment team to hire therapists.
- Collaborate with MHS providers and MHS marketing team to promoting the psychotherapy program.
- Support the development and maintenance of the interdisciplinary plan of care and documentation with MHS clinical programs.
- Conduct formal training within areas of expertise as relevant to clinical care and best practices, including exposure and response prevention, cognitive restructuring and behavioral activation, and other empirically supported psychological interventions.
- Promote a culture of outcome-based assessment and utilization of proven outcomes to drive care.
- Assess and maintain quality and compliance of documented interventions, including patient care plan, according to organization standards and standard work.
- Travel as required to MHS clinics.
- Conduct clinical assessments, group therapy and individual therapy for MHS patients.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
- PhD or PsyD in behavioral sciences
- Decision support
- Strong management skills and 2 years’ experience managing therapists
- Excellent written, oral, and strong Office 365 skills
- Strong attention to details
- Psychologist license or license eligible
- Eligible for credentialing by insurance companies
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with CBT-related treatment and other empirically support treatments
