About the Job
Adecco Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director (Outpatient) to join our client's team at their Behavioral Health Facility in Page, AZ - 86040.
Shift
- Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm
- Rotating on-call, mostly a phone call, on-site in rare, crisis situations.
- Needed flexibility with crisis situations.
Salary
- $104,000-$115,000
- On call stipend is $670 per month as well
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Health.
- Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse experience, specifically with patient care in substance abuse, and crisis settings.
- Crisis experience with this population is necessary as well as the ability to remain calm in high-stress and dramatic situations.
- Clinical and Administrative experience (3-5 years).
- Supervisor or Manager experience with a large team (2-5 years).
- Must be comfortable with managing a diverse group of employees.
- Independent license (LPC or LCSW).
- Valid fingerprint clearance card.
- Active and clear Driver's License.
- Must be able to travel to Colorado City (1 hour away).
- Flexibility with schedule.

Job Summary
- The Clinical Director oversees clinical programming, supervision, and training to ensure quality and cost-effective integrated services across designated regions.
- Develops and monitors clinical programs emphasizing trauma-informed treatment and implements strategies in coordination with the operations team to meet clinical goals.
- Facilitates communication with regional leadership about clinical training needs, policy changes, and clinical programming updates.
- Provides and arranges additional clinical training and mentoring for staff performance and growth, fostering a positive work environment.
- Works together with medical practitioners to coordinate care, recommend clinical interventions, and support practitioners in addressing care coordination challenges.
- Engages in practice marketing, community outreach, and networking to build referral sources and enhance CBI's community presence.
- Ensures best practices, assists in policy development, and implements processes for patient care coordination and quality improvement activities.
- Works with leadership to improve clinic and individual performance metrics, reporting on trends and developing improvement plans for staff.
- Provides direct patient services when needed, serves as backup for clinic staff, and manages clinical on-call rotations.
- Engages in educational programs to enhance management and leadership skills, staying proficient in clinical requirements and practice management.
