Paul Mitchell Schools is seeking a dedicated full-time Clinical Esthetics Leader to lead our classroom. Located in Modesto, CA, we offer a competitive pay rate of $22/hour along with comprehensive benefits such as:

YOUR DAY AS A CLINICAL ESTHETICS LEADER
As a Clinical Esthetics Leader, your day will begin with preparing lesson plans and setting up the classroom to provide an engaging learning environment. Throughout the day, you will educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills. Utilizing objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers, you will create enriching learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include conducting hands-on demonstrations, guiding students through practical applications, and providing constructive feedback. You will also play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere, ensuring that every student feels supported and inspired.
YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time Clinical Esthetics Leader position. Specific work schedules will be discussed during the interview process!
REQUIREMENTS FOR A CLINICAL ESTHETICS LEADER
- Current cosmetology, barbering, skincare, or nail and instructor license
- 3+ years of licensure and experience in the beauty industry
- Experience instructing at a cosmetology school
- Proficiency in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
- Strong work history with verifiable references
- Passion for the beauty industry and for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching future professionals
- Excellent organizational, coaching, and communication skills
- Honesty and professionalism
Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred!
