Clinical Field Staff Supervisor

. This direct hire position offers a unique opportunity to provide supervision and direction to field staff, ensuring high-quality patient care. We are seeking compassionate individuals with experience as a Registered Nurse in home care and management. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with opportunities for remote work, providing flexibility and balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide supervision and direction for field staff, acting as a liaison between field and office personnel.

Manage the POD’s Clinical Field Staff, assign tasks and objectives, and establish clear measurables to monitor performance against objectives.

Foster a motivating work environment for the POD’s Clinical Field Staff, recognizing and rewarding strong performance.

Monitor clinicians through HCHB reports and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and standards.

Continuously update Clinical Records related to communications, orders, re-hospitalizations, and any conflicts.

Evaluate and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.

Communicate with sales personnel regarding any customer issues that may impact referral source relationships.

Assess client episodes to determine the appropriateness of discharges versus recertification, initiating orders as needed.

Review staff schedules to ensure productivity and communicate staff availability to the PSC, providing the Clinical Manager with weekly projected productivity for staff.

Schedule and Shift Details:

Hybrid role

: Combination of fieldwork, office time, and remote work opportunities.

Work Hours

: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with rotating weekend/on-call duty 1-2 times per quarter and 2 holidays per year.

Qualifications:

Required:

Education

: Associate degree or higher.

Experience

: 2+ years of experience in Home Health.

Licenses/Certifications

:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA).

Valid Regular Driver’s License (DL).

Any of the following valid licenses/certifications:

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

Preferred:

1+ years of experience in Clinical Management.
