- As a Scientist II, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative team and will play a critical role in performing Quality Control assays and experiments on molecular biology reagents for global use in research and commercial products in the life sciences industry.
- Qualifying product(s) in a lab setting following standard operating procedures
- Performing various assays which may include the following: PCR, qPCR, Bioanalyzer, HPLC, HPIC, small/medium nucleic acid purification, Polyacrylamide and Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, Cloning and Transformation, FRET and Flow Cytometry.
- Creating and maintaining specification batch records and other work order documents
- Analyzing data and making detailed observations to ensure product quality
- Initiating and processing problem notifications for deviations and material nonconformance
- Maintaining equipment, product inventories, and related records
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or research laboratory setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in scientific laboratory techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and/or GMP manufacturing environment

- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm- OT as needed. 100% On site. No plans at this time for conversion it would depend on budget- next year. Teams interviews 1-2 max.
