Work hours: Typical work hours are from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be necessary as needed. This position is exempt from overtime.
Compensation: $85,000 annually.

Overview:
The Clinical Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation of UDI Tracker, WarrantyTracker, and Implant360 within InVita partner healthcare organizations. This includes working closely with our hospital partners to coordinate integrations with hospital applications and Invita products, understand their needs and goals, configuring the software to meet those needs, coordinate training users on the system, and providing ongoing support to ensure the system is being used effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design software configurations that meet their needs
- Train clients on the use of the software, including best practices and workflow optimization
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure the software is being used effectively and to address issues
- Work closely with the development team to resolve bugs and make improvements to the software
- Stay up to date on industry trends, and provide recommendations for how the software can be improved
- Maintains client relationships and ensures client satisfaction and adoption of the software
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on InVita’s SaaS products, in particular the Implant and tissue products
- Effectively collaborate directly with clinical users, teammates in the product team, interface engineers, and the platform support team to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and transform processes
- Support Product and Engineering to develop products that customers value
- Strong attention to detail, with emphasis on focus and organization
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-based, and agile-oriented environment
- Excellent client-facing presence, interpersonal skills, and written spoken communication skills
- Other duties, as necessary
- 5-7 years of functional experience in healthcare or supply chain industry
- B.A./B.S. degree in an Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical field, OR a BA/BS in a medical or clinical field
- Extensive background in implant tracking and OR/Surgical/Lab management experience
- Experience with training and implementing software products
- Extensive knowledge of Joint Commission or OIG regulations (or equivalent governing bodies)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Experience with EHR systems, clinical software, or other relevant healthcare technology is a plus
- UDIT or WT experience a plus
